The digital technologies curriculum focuses on our students becoming designers and problem solvers in the digital world rather than just consumers. At Park Estate we have access to a wide range of robotics, 3d printers, drones, iPads, iMacs and Chrome books to assist in facilitating students learning.

Students in our Junior School are provided with iPads to enhance their learning. Our focus is on our students creating and documenting their learning in real and authentic ways.

In our Senior School we are utilising chrome books in a 1:1 environment. We encourage whānau to purchase chrome books through our Kootuitui Trust which ensures chrome books are fully insured and warrantied and the school will manage and repair all devices.

Seesaw Learning Journals

All of our students share their learning journey via their Seesaw Learning Journals. Seesaw is a platform for student engagement. Teachers can empower students to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links. It’s simple to get student work in one place and share with families.

Students work is shared with their families via our family app. Every time your child shares work on their journal you will be notified via the app. You are also welcome to message your child's teachers directly via the app and we post announcements, messages and newsletters to whānau via Seesaw as well.
